Stories Of The Day:

Tip Of The Day

Maximize your chances of hummingbird visits by adding a red ribbon or other red objects around your hummingbird feeders.

The color red is a strong attractant for hummingbirds, and while red feeders are common, additional red visuals can help catch the eye of these fast flyers—even from a distance!

Just be sure there's no need to use red-dyed nectar, as clear nectar is healthier for the birds.
