Stories Of The Day:

Tip/Story Of The Day

As we enter the nesting season, consider leaving natural materials in your yard that birds can use to build their nests. Soft grass clippings and small twigs can help our feathered architects construct their cozy homes. Skip items like string, yarn, or dryer lint. The chemicals in these items can be unsafe for birds, and they’re perfectly skilled at using natural materials!

Quote Of The Day

Like a duck on the water's surface, ruffling the water noisily, but underneath, paddling away very quietly, I want to seem relaxed and as though it was all easy and down-hill, but the truth is, it's all up-hill and very hard-going.
