Tip Of The Day

If you want to attract woodpeckers to your backyard, consider setting up a suet feeder. Suet is a high-energy, fatty food that woodpeckers love, and it's especially important during the colder months when insects are scarce.

Just make sure to place your feeder away from windows to prevent collisions, and close enough to a tree to give these shy birds a sense of security.
